Our Organisation
Pioneer Healthcare Limited is a CQC registered independent healthcare provider supporting NHS organisations in delivering high-quality consultant-led healthcare services. Our services include insourcing, outsourcing and Any Qualified Provider (AQP) services delivered in partnership with NHS organisations across England.
Our organisational structure includes clinical leadership, operational management and governance oversight to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred healthcare services.
Our Commitment
Pioneer Healthcare Limited maintains a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and implementing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our organisation or supply chains.
Policies and Governance
Our approach to preventing modern slavery is supported by our governance framework and organisational policies, which include:

- Whistleblowing Policy
- Supplier and Procurement Governance
These policies support ethical recruitment practices, safeguarding responsibilities and appropriate reporting mechanisms for concerns relating to exploitation or abuse.
Supply Chains
Pioneer Healthcare Limited works with a range of suppliers and partners including healthcare organisations, clinical service providers and operational support services.
We expect all suppliers and partners to operate in accordance with applicable laws and to uphold the principles of ethical labour practices and human rights.
Due Diligence
To mitigate the risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chains, Pioneer Healthcare Limited undertakes due diligence processes which may include:
- Supplier evaluation and procurement oversight
- Contractual expectations regarding legal and ethical compliance
- Governance review where concerns are identified
Staff Awareness and Safeguarding
Staff working within Pioneer Healthcare Limited services are expected to recognise safeguarding concerns, including potential indicators of exploitation, abuse or coercion.
Safeguarding policies and training support staff in identifying and reporting concerns in accordance with organisational safeguarding procedures.
Reporting Concerns
Pioneer Healthcare Limited encourages staff, contractors and partners to report any concerns regarding potential modern slavery or unethical practices.
Concerns may be raised through internal reporting mechanisms, safeguarding processes or whistleblowing procedures.
Continuous Improvement
Pioneer Healthcare Limited will continue to review and strengthen its policies, procedures and governance arrangements to ensure that modern slavery risks are appropriately managed.

This statement will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure that Pioneer Healthcare Limited continues to meet its obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
