Professor Godbole is an experienced clinical leader with a distinguished career in healthcare transformation, paediatric urology, and strategic service redesign. His leadership combines deep clinical credibility with extensive operational insight, enabling organisations to deliver sustainable, high-impact improvement. He is currently the Managing Director for Elective Care at the PHL Group.

Mr John McMullan is a Consultant Adult and Paediatric Neurosurgeon and an established healthcare leader. He has worked at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals and Sheffield Children’s Hospital, providing comprehensive neurosurgical care including neuro-oncology, trauma, hydrocephalus, and congenital cranial and spinal disorders. His leadership experience spans governance, service redesign, and strategic development within UK healthcare.

Mrs Nicola Salkeld

Director of Operations
Overview
Mrs Nicola Salkeld is Director of Operations at Healthcare Transformation Services International and has over 15 years’ healthcare experience managing multiple large-scale contracts, building and maintaining commissioner relationships, and working closely with the Chief Executive to continually improve and maximise operational effectiveness.
She is responsible for providing leadership to operational delivery teams, utilising LEAN methodology to ensure streamlined and efficient service delivery. Nicola is PRINCE2 qualified and has successfully completed a Postgraduate Healthcare Leadership qualification. She brings a wealth of experience in commissioning and contracting, performance reporting, and the delivery of activity within budget and on time.
